If you are just learning to meditate, you'll find everything necessary to get started quickly and easily. If you are already practicing meditation, you may discover new methods to deepen your practice.
A variety of meditation techniques will be explored, each producing its own unique experience and benefits. Written instructions for each meditation are included, making it easy to practice at home and with others.

Note: This is level one, with level two being Teacher Training(level one is a prerequisite for TT)
Pre-requisites: None – program suitable for all levels of practice
Dates: Friday evenings from 6-8pm from February - May (two to three evenings per month)
Tuition: $450.00 Tuition includes as few as one class or as many as all classes. (GST included, tax deductible)
